    The Chief Ground
    Instructor for San Jacinto College (SJC) reports to the Director of Collegiate
    Programs for US Aviation Academy (USAA) and is responsible for developing
    ground training plans and coordinating ground school classes as part of San
    Jacinto Colleges Professional Pilot Program. This individual will be
    responsible for teaching and/or supervising the teaching of ground school classes.
    This individual will be responsible for revising the training curriculum as
    needed to reflect changes in regulations, USAA company procedures or policies,
    SJC procedures or policies and updated resource publications. This individual
    is expected to continuously strive to improve the quality of the ground
    training courses in conjunction with USAA's TCO's and SJC Professional Pilot

    • Hold an FCC Radio License
    • English Proficiency Endorsement (EPE)nbsp;
    • Have a current U.S. Passport Be willing to rescind seniority with current carrier
    • Be at least instrument current
    • Be within three months of the minimum hour requirements detailed below
